| We provide free demonstration for our wax hand creation process. The free demonstration ranges from producing a finger to creating a plain wax hand. It is not compulsory to purchase the demonstrated wax hand.
There are countless of hand pose that can be used for the wax hand model, ranging from the “V / Peace / Victory” sign to “Thumbs Up”. For double hands, both hands are required to be paired up to replicate the best effect.
The entire process of creating a wax hand is completely harmless. Our wax is specially formulated to melt at a low temperature of 55 degrees Celsius (candle wax melts at approximately 75 degree Celsius). After soaking the hand in cold water, the hand has an even higher resistance to the wax temperature. The wax is also formulated not to cause any harmful reactions to the skin. From our countless experiences, even babies have undergone the waxing process unharmed.
 
If the solid wax hands are chipped or damaged in any way, you can bring back the wax hands to our outlets and refurbish it at no charges.
